There is loads of stupid moz exceptions because Mozilla are being little babies. Look at MDN. Customisation wise Chrome is ontop because it has userscripts built in to the browser and ofcourse full fledged addons and native applications like XUL-runner. Opinion wise FF better because of stockholm syndrome. The good thing about there being multiple browser vendors is that we can pick and use what ever browser we like.
