•
Posted by: WKS So i dont get it. Are they putting the entire Halo 3 multiplayer experience onto the Halo 3: Recon disk? And if so, why? That's a waste of time. Why even put the forge on there? why not just put the campaign, and the new maps on it, and then call it a day. I'm not paying $60 for the disk when it's value is $30 without the multiplayer and forge aspects put in. (What am I talking about? I'm a Microsoft fanboy, of course I will.) It still doesn't make sense to me though. Can someone clarify things for me?
As they said before They have not certified a Price of this new Expansion... and its an Expansion for Halo 3 meaning whoever buys Halo 3:Recon it will be easier to play the disc and play the new game and then if they want to play Multiplayer than they don't have to switch discs over and over again. Even if they want to play the Halo 3 campaing then sure you will have to swap disc but with this new expansion it will be a while before someone will go back and play the original campaign. so all in all, its just easier to play Multiplayer and the New Campaign in a new disc. and besides it will make the expansion disc more useful than just campaign. Look what happened when they released the Halo 2 multiplayer Expansion disc. People just bought it and downloaded the content and then used it as a coaster... (well that's what my brother did...lol) [Edited on 10.17.2008 7:22 PM PDT]
