All right, I got a question.
It's about the guns in halo 2. I just talked to this guy and he said that the new pistol (magnum) had a ten round clip, very high rate of fire, and could kill in 3 head shots. Now, I was told that the new magnum was going to have a small clip, be very powerful, and medium rate of fire (think shotgun). He also said that in halo 2 the shotgun was going to be faster and more powerful. I just want to know if he's telling the truth or what. Thanks.
Oh, and also, what's the deal with the gauss hog? Like, how does it work and chit.

There's a Halo 2 forum, you know. This would get way more responses there, and will probably be locked here. Although how could you be off topic in the off topic forum? By being on topic? And the shotgun is even more powerful now. yay!

I don't think the Magnum has three headshot kill. That would put it online with the sniper rifle in the % of Bullets Per Clip for a Kill. I don't know about the rate of fire, that's hush. The shotgun's pretty hush too, but I don't think we are going to be seeing any changes there. --It hasn't changed in 548 years, I doubt it's changed since Chief got to Earth. The Gauss Hog? Think of it like a 'hog mounted MAC Cannon. It's powerful, but you have to be really accurate to take out any infantry. Small reticule. [Edited on 9/26/2004 10:11:01 PM]
