1990's - ???

2010+ - ??????????
I am stumped. Music that defined the generation.
It has to be popular and mainstream...not a great album that only you and your dad know about....
For 1990's album or music that defined the generation....I would say Nevermind by Nirvana.
And for 2000's I just don't know.
Remember guys these have to be like, flawless albums, that are generally liked by anyone.
For 2000 to 2009 I will submit American Idiot for Rock, and Late Registration for rap (Kanye West)

2000 - 2009 would best be represented by the Gorillaz, I think. They covered a lot of different genres while staying faithful to their punk-hip-hop & digital roots.
