I need help and quickly. I restarted my computer last week to install updated, but when it was re-booting, it came up with a screen that gave me an option to start windows normally or go into repair mode.
I clicked start windows normally. After a few seconds, the windows logo appeared then after 'loading' for a second or two, a blue screen flashed with something like 0000000x something something something.
Windows failed to start. Then it went back to the repair windows or start normally screen.
I chose to repair. It loads, but the repair window never comes up. It just stays with the window start-up background and my mouse.
Does anyone know what to do? I need help, this is a school computer.

ITT: people don't understand that when a computer fails to load past a certain point, you can't actually do anything, because it won't actually load anything like a mouse cursor or start menu or the desktop. OP, get it fixed. Ask a hardware specialist to give it a look.
