If your not into programming or coding or any of that. Like let's say you won't to be on the story board, or be a play tester, and do all that without experience with another company, like how hard is it to get into the industry as a beginner?

Pretty hard. If you weren't one of the first original chosen few, it's very hard. There will always be someone better then you and possibly younger as well. The only way to get a better advancement is having that degree. I'm getting my Associates in Game and Art Animation here at MMI in MN. I'm also seriously planning on opening up my own video game company as a fall back in MN. There aren't ANY good ones here. But this is if I don't land a job at a creditable game company out west.
