I still remember the night Halo 2 came like it was yesterday. Me and my buddy went over to Gamestop around 11 and they had ordered pizzas for everybody that came early and as soon as I got my hands on that metal case we both rushed home to play. Once we popped that disc in and fired it up and the guitar shredded through the Bungie scene me and my buddy became so overwhelmed we embraced lol. One of the only times I've hugged another dude. We beat the campaign that night and went on to play some multiplayer all the next day. Great times. Then came beating legendary solo.. I have to say I think that this one was the toughest to beat on legendary. CE and ODST were cakewalks compared to 2. Then came hours and hours of LAN in the dorms.. the sounds of guys yelling down the hall and the girls walking out of their rooms wondering.. hahaha priceless. Then came beating all the campaigns with the gf. She absolutely loved playing levels as the Arbiter. This game was amazing, and will XBL's community will miss it sorely. I daresay that without Halo 2, XBL would not have been anything compared to what it is today. /21 gun salute.
