I think the phrase has changed from 0'4 or bust to 0'9 are the more quality members. Look around you folks, 0'9s are obviously the better members now. Do you think the join date has direct correlation to member quality-ness?
Posted by: burritosenior
Posted by: mister death I think the phrase has changed from 0'4 or bust to 0'9 are the more quality members.
I'd disprove it easily, but that would give too much credit to something an '09 said.
How dare you, insulting the hierarchy. Well, if you refuse to disprove it, that is the same thing as not being able to.
Posted by: CrazyT 08 members are the best.
I agree with this fact. In all seriousness, I don't think that the date that a user joins Bnet on impacts how good of a user they are. For instance, I've seen users who've been on Bnet for under a year that can be considered a better user than some of the users who've been here for years. [Edited on 01.03.2013 5:47 PM PST]

Join dates are usually from alts. And alts have nothing to fear.
-
Yes, as join date usually relates to age. Age correlates almost directly with maturity almost all the time.

Not really, though i will say this, the members that remain are usually those that came in the previous game installment, mainly halo 3 era. They have been here for some time, and have matured a bit, those that were annoying slowly left and all you had left were the good members. Remember new games bring new members and you get a mixed batch, time acts like a filter, and so do the mods, and slowly all the unwanted members disappear and all you are left with are preferred members. Then as time goes along these members get a life and disappear, though what is the life expectancy of regular users? [Edited on 01.03.2013 5:57 PM PST]

Clearly that doesn't mean a thing when it comes to your quality. We always have a flood of new members when a new game releases and we welcome all of them. Quality isn't quantifiable by definition. Regardless, '04 and clearly high quality.
