A multiplayer beta. That is if it has any multiplayer.

I hope we get a beta, it would be nice. But maybe not an open beta where anyone can play it.

I hope there is a beta that would nice. I love betas.

It most certainly won't be an open beta like Reach. [Edited on 12.22.2012 9:07 PM PST]
Posted by: Kivell I thought the Reach Beta was awesome as well. There ARE community members that HAVE already Beta tested a portion of this game.
I gotta say, I enjoyed the heck out of the Reach Beta. It convinced me to try my hand at multi-player again, when I'd been pretty well sworn off it after crappy experiences with anti-female Halo 3 players. If I hadn't moved out to dial-up rural internet purgatory, I'd be champing at the bit for a similar experience.
Posted by: footballkid18 It best have one.... or else...
I do agree with this. We need a public beta because our hunger for Destiny will never be satisfied until we get to try the game.

I don't know if Bungie is going to do a mass public beta like they did with Reach... I think beta's like that have both advantages and disadvantages. But they certainly seem to be doing selective call-outs and such. All this just makes me more excited for Destiny's release.

We've been calling on members of the beta program for a while now.
Y U NO call me?
Because your name isn't Disambiguation. Duh.
When Bungie.next happens that will change! Don't mark my words!

If you guys didn't know about the super secret Mythic Member beta test, you're all in denial.

Reach beta - fixed DMR loadout on the first stage of invasion Boneyard. They were incredibly vicious to the poor elites stuck at the bottom.
Posted by: freefall722 I hope to God they don't - the Reach beta was a huge mistake. The finely tuned elements that Sage put together were ruined by the tweaking of an enraged whining community.
Get a load of this guy.

That's interesting; do you have a Breaking In article yet?

I'm sure when Bungie does go public with the beta we will gain throngs of new memebers. Good times are in store for all! * A good way to see who has or has not played it is check out who does or does not reply to threads of certain themes.. [Edited on 12.10.2012 12:41 PM PST]

If not I'm still ok with it.

I think so. At least, I hope so.

You should make it... a higher number.

Bungie isn't stupid enough not to do a beta, if there is a large multiplayer element. They aren't 343i.
-
I dont think they'll ever have a public beta to be honest.
Posted by: RighteousTyrant CONFIRMED: Bungie's user research program is so innovative and ground-breaking that it's legality under US law is questionable. :-P
All 'tests' have to be conducted on international waters.
