I Knew Destiny Details Before All of You...
I tried to level with all of you... I tried hinting under the very nose of Bungie, what was to come in the future. I tried to tell you through cryptic signals and messages, but my voice was quelled by the demands of non-believers. But none of this bothers me, because I knew first, of the things that were to come.
I made many a thread trying to share, hoping and praying someone would pick up and understand the message, and I'm sure many of you recall these threads even though you failed to understand their intent.
Take [url=http://m.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=74931220]this thread[/url] for example. Almost all were oblivious to the clear almost transparent clue that I gave... Oh how I was disappointed. Are you [i]still[/i] failing to see it? Read the question list from top to bottom, first word, first letter only.
What does it spell?
Dragons. Correct.
Now read it from bottom to top... And behold the foretelling of Destiny.

It isn't a matter of 'don't look at it.' It's a matter of how if you come here you can't NOT look at it. It's a matter of crap threads being crap and wanting to tell the thread creators that their thread is crap so, ideally, they will learn and make higher quality threads in the future. Guess I'm just not as good at thinking only in short term as a good number of people seem to be.

Same here. I asked if Bungie will be having annual releases. Everyone was saying "no". Few months later, turns out they are having yearly titles.

Telling people not to encourage the OP, having an 'intervention,' and deciding when a joke has gone on too long despite the fact that most of the posters in this thread are still enjoying it. Let's be honest, everyone clicked this thread knowing it was going to be some silly, overly complicated conspiracy about Destiny, and we all knew we'd see DRAGONS. The difference is that some people came in here to joke around about it. Others knew this would annoy them, yet they all still decided to click on the thread, read the OP, and take the time to tell Helveck he's not funny (again, despite the fact that many people clearly got a kick out of this). So the real question is why would you even click on Helveck's threads about Destiny if you knew you were going to dislike it? Does the thought of people liking a joke you don't annoy you so much that you have to try to spoil their good time? Do you get some thrill from acting superior to people trying to have fun? Everyone just needs to chill out a bit. If people want to enjoy threads like this then let them. Like i asked before, is it really any more useless than the dozens of other threads turning speculation of a few concept pictures into arguments about games and mechanics just because it's lighthearted? As for me, i knew this was going to be a silly 'OMG I knew Destiny was gonna have DRAGONS and snow' sort of thread, and i wasn't disappointed. I came here to be entertained and i was. What's wrong with that?

I really badly want Bungie to put a cult of crazy people in the game who believe that Dragons brought The Traveler to the Last City and that The Traveler is a Dragon egg. It would make me buy three copies of the game, no joke. ©

Obviously I don't want to risk you getting stitched up for giving away information before Bungie are happy, but I must know: Are these "Snogard" Guarding the snow, or guards who simply happen to be in snow? If the former, what is so special about this snow that they must guard it? And what are they guarding it from?

Perhaps The Traveler has, in some way, blessed the snow? Maybe The Traveler runs on snow, and hence it has become a something protected by the Snogard? ©

It didn't occur to me, but of course we can't actually see what is under their armour. The only problem I see is that they are operating in a snowy environment - surely these guys would benefit from being able to immerse themselves in snow, for either healing or stealth, which with the armour they can't do?
