I don't know about popular but there are guys who make a post and everyone immediately recognizes who it is and generally what to expect. Like hylebos about the spiker... you can expect a long post about spikers... Or classic rock man and his tendency to post about mac products and how his personal preference is right and everyone elses is wrong.
