Will Reach ever die?
With the upcoming release of Halo 4, I assume that many Halo fans will shift there attention to the latest game. Hopefully, there will still be some Halo fans loyal to Reach. I just hope that the numbers don't drop as low as Halo 3. Can hardly find a game anymore.

I think there will be a few that stick around. I certainly will come back for the nostalgic feeling. I'm sure there will be a good enough people to get games in certain playlists. Here's hoping. :)

I will stay loyal to Reach and 3, but I will play four a lot. I just hope 3 survives. If 4 makes Reach go low, then who knows how low 3 will go. We could of course be like joe campbell and the other users who stayed with Halo 2. [Edited on 10.18.2012 4:34 PM PDT]

It won't die, but the population will get down to the point where you can consider it dead.

Not if I have anything to do about it. I will always come back to reach for its firefight, swat or big team battle. I hope halo 4 is as good as it looks or I may stick to reach forever. However yes certainly in the early days of halo 4 I will mostly be playing that. Im sure reach will have new players even from halo 4 days onwards as it gets cheaper and cheaper to buy 2nd hand copies. There will also be those that are so close to inheritor that im sure will come back to it to finish off. So yes Im sure it will keep going alittle longer after halo 4 but it may like halo 3 became infected with hackers at some point.

Undoubtedly, with so many people buying Halo 4. I see no reason to stay with Reach.

Some playlists in the game will die like Arena for instance, but you probably will still find games in Living Dead and Team Slayer with ease.

I'm definitely sticking with Reach... in fact I'm really close to canceling my pre-order for Halo 4, however I'm not the type to rant about it- AND I have other reasons/impressions that I have token to account.

This should go in the Halo: Reach forum. But yes I have a feeling that because many people didn't like Reach as much as Halo 3 that Reach will die before Halo 3 and Halo 3 shall gain some more players again due to them not liking the look of Halo 4.
