I proposed.
I don't know if you guys have notice but I've been sharing my account with my girlfriend Rebecca. Anyways, earlier today I proposed to her and she said yes!
I told my father though, he is happy for me, he was gonna tell me my mum, but I told him I want to tell my mum my self because she hates my dear Rebecca. Have any ideas on how to tell my mum? If your wondering, we are both 19, and have been living together for a year now, she's turning 20 in February, and I'm turning 20 next August.

And i find it a little silly that people are saying you two are too young. For one, maturity should obviously be judged on an individual basis and not a blanket statement based on age. But, also, to me it's nice to see young love expressed through commitment rather than something else. Good for you, OP, and again, good luck to you both :)

People are telling me, I should save the money for college and not the wedding--but I come from a wealthy family, and so does Rebecca. Money is not an objection, and we love each other very much. She's been my friend since fourth grade, and she's been my roomate before we started dating--we know who we are getting married to. Thanks again.
