did they fix the headshot detection in Borderlands 2?
I found that in Borderlands getting long range headshots with sniper rifles was almost impossible (granted I didn't have much proficiency). The hitboxes just seemed really off, they would be completely still, right in my cross hairs, but the shot either didn't register, or it didn't give me a crit. Was this fixed in BL2? I'm thinking of buying it and I want to make sure this was fixed before dedicating to a zer0 sniper build. thanks.

It's much better this time around. In BL 1 you had to actually upgrade Mordecai to increase SR accuracy. Which seems just a little ridiculous...

If it was above 95 I never had any problems. In Borderlands 2 I haven't used them much, but the lowest accuracy I've found for a sniper so far was 91.something and it missed, but rarely.

The only time I really tried to snipe was when I was being pinned down by turrets, or if there were just way too many enemies to rush.
