Missing school after a breakup
If you breakup with a significant other, after a long-term relationship, like, 1+ year, is it ethically okay to miss school the following day if you still feel like crap?
or should you ethically be forcing yourself to get to school, perhaps as a way to get your mind off things?

You will feel much worse staying home all alone than you will at school where you can at least talk to friends and distract yourself.

Technically, your parents can keep you home from school for whatever reason they want. I don't think this is worth an absence, though.
