Family Guy makes a joke about the Columbine shooting.
[url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-CYdoFUmnU&feature=related]Uhm.[/url] I know this is probably old. I don't love or hate family guy, but does anyone else think this joke may have gone a little too far? Seems like they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for these jokes now.
I wouldn't say I was offended, but I thought it was a little disturbing and in bad taste. What do you guys think?

Yeah... Not funny at all. Though I've never watched that crap. I tend to not like shows that make fun of disabled/mentally challenged people.. Considering I'm disabled and my sister has mental illness (es).

Family Guy makes fun or almost everything. The show is slightly biased, obviously, but that's not a bad or wrong thing. The creator uses his show to portray his own beliefs, etc. Nothing wrong with that. Anyways, Family Guy is still funny IMO.

Plus, the reason 9/11 is seen as a big event is the fact that America was directly attacke don their own soil on what can be seen as completely unprovoked. 3,000 innocent Americans died for a pointless reason. Surely you can see why people care?

I stick by my opinion that everything should have the mick taken out of it. Obviously not instantly but after a certain amount of time has passed, jokes should occur and they should be recognised as such. Still though, I'm slowly getting tired of Family Guy. The older series were so much funnier.

This sounds as dumb as remembering 9/11, when literally hundreds of thousands of people die in Iraq and Afghanistan every day while people are moaning and weeping over a couple thousand. CIVILIANS, mind you. I know it's pretty hard for people who lost their families to it, but what about the other families who lost their relatives in this damned fight for oil?
