MW3 - How to tell what difficulty you beat a campaign mission on?

Is there any way to tell what difficulty you completed a recent mission on? You would think somewhere it would tell you..
Edit: After playing 2 of the 3 missions again the achievement finally came out. Still wish there was a way to check..

if the rate of fire is normal then it's normal if the rate of fire is faster than it's on harder/hard whatever if the rate of fire is hell-a-fast than it's veteran Hope this helped:)

Almost 100% sure I just completed Eye of the Storm, Blood Brothers, and Stronghold on Veteran difficulty because it's the only difficulty i've been playing but it didn't unlock the achievement.
