Half-ass texts means she's not interested? [Girl Involved]
Is it a sign a girl is not interested when they reply with half-ass texts? What I mean by that is not putting much effort into the conversation, replying with one word responses, and etc? She has told me she likes me but some days this happens :/. If she liked me I would assume she would want to keep things interesting so I would like her, which I do by the way.
I guess texting gets boring so this could be a result of that, however we haven't texted in a few days so she should be excited to text me again. Before these past couple days, we texted everyday for almost 2 months, so this is a bit strange.

Don't know why but girls do this. They think they're being funny or playing hard to get. Attempting to play a mind game with you. Hey man now you know...It's a mind game, do the same thing back, it will get pretty funny. If she likes you she will ALWAYS text you if she's playing her little game and you just stop or do it back. And you will always notice her texts getting larger and larger.

Texting isn't for conversing. Texting is for flirting and teasing her. You don't even need to text her every day. Give her hardly any attention.

My girlfriend has a tendency to do that. That might just be because she doesn't feel like talking or isn't one for texting.

She could be emotionally conflicted, or going through a spell of depression. You would be better off asking her if maybe there's anything on her mind because she doesn't seem herself. This is a great way to ask because it show's you Care about her, you notice if she's not alright, and that you want the best for her.

Same thing happened to me. Except I don't talk to her anymore. For the record it was her fault. You should be okay. Maybe this chick you're talking to isn't paranoid about advances on sex like the girl I was talking to felt like.

It's hard -- I know -- but persistence wears off after a week. Time is short in the girl-world, and pushing too long get's "creepy" to them. You can keep going for her, but ask her again Saturday. See what she says. If she doesn't, then altogether stop talking to her. She'll want to text back if she's playing the game, but if she's genuinely not interested, then it's over.

Texting is probably THE worst way of communicating, I've realized this over the last couple of months. I don't have convos over text now because their just...wierd. Anyways kindof off topic. Just take a risk and ask if shes still interested if you're really that curious, do it in person though. Or just ask her out, your pick.
