Ballistic fist, powerful as hell although it is as durable as paper and it's quite rare.

I managed to clear out the Deathclaw Promontory on Hard only using Pushy. Also, the Paladin Toaster is similar, but does more damage against armour.

Fallout 3 is better...but I like the Power fists that the Legionaries have
