can you still get the eternal armor effect for halo reach
i changed my email and everything and i forgot how to get them ,but now i wonder if they still exist and if how, how do you get them

I know I'm going to get flamed hardcore but I don't care I have to say this. WTF, were they thinking?!! Not everyone has an iOS system. Hell I have a crackberry and had I even known you could've gotten it without having my friend log-in to the app for me.(I still don't have eternal or either nameplate) You must believe that I would've even downloaded an emulator for the iPhone or the iPad. I most likely would have used a friend's laptop as I'm doing now because my was stolen out of my barracks room along with my 360. Some soldiers just don't understand the meaning of private I guess but that's another topic. In any event, since I'm not "friends" with 343i how would I go about contacting 343i or maybe even Shishka?

The Bungie Eternal Armor Ability and nameplate effect is permanently unavailable. You had plenty of time to get them either through the app or website. The Bungie Nameplate cannot be gifted, that is the All Star nameplate. Bungie will not bring these back no matter how much you beg, as they no longer control Halo. Sorry, but you're too late! But if I'm correct, you can still get the Star nameplate from the Bungie iPhone app. Just saying.

unfortunately you can't, its too late. If you did it before Bungie day with a gamertag then you might already have blue flames/eternal.
