What I don't understand is... I have played in Matchmaking, and I have seen about 40 people that have Recon. and I'd be willing to bet that 30 of them are not Bungie employees (well, ok, 20). Me and my friend Chris The Tank6 really want Recon, but how do we get it? Vidmaster challenges? Upload something extremely rare to our file share? what do we have to do? and, no, I am not being an e-beggar. I just wanna know.
