Ok, a lot of people are making up this stupid idea that The Rookie, in Halo 3 ODST, is Master Chief. Now I am doing this so we can clear up on all the wrong things people have said about Halo 3 ODST.
Halo 3 ODST happens during Halo 2, and in the year 2552, so watch these two video to see how it happens at the same time:
-The Rookie's point of view(and pause at 3:14 to see a small object (the ship that MC is in inside Halo 2) to the right of the front of the carrier)
-Master Chief's point of view (skip to 2:52 and watch until 3:39).
Now after watching both of these videos, now tell me that Master Chief is The Rookie.

Wow, nice observation. I never saw the ship carrying Chief in Halo 3: ODST until now. Also, people actually thought the Rookie was Chief? Wow.

Halo 2 cutscene 3:10 ODST "Radiation! Covenant just set off a nuke?"

Just get the Halo Encclopedia $39.99

Master Chief put his suit on autopilot, saved Vergil, then got back in his suit to kill Tarturus.

Kidding aside, people are just stupid. Plain and simply stupid. Or trolling, which - in my book - also falls under stupid. [Edited on 06.11.2011 6:21 AM PDT]
