The WU is just full of sad news. First you start out saying why you guys had nothing at E3 and then you say that your dropping everything just to "go dark" in preparation of something that you guys have been doing for a long time now. C-mon and get your case together. If you have something like that again you wont be just losing people but respect of the people. You say something big. I say just another one day hit with millions of people not being able to get in on the party as well. If you plan to have something big. Spread it over the entire week if you have to. To be honest i think in recent years bungie have gotten a bit full of themselves,i honestly think they need knocking down a peg or two now, too good to show at E3 are you bungie? well guess what, you werent missed because halo was still there, its halo we all love when you really get down to it, i hope you find this new era a bit humbling.

i have played your game for a year i hardly ever leave the game always play yet i have never once had a jackpot. my friend on the other hand leaves games like their going out of fashion yet he has got a 13,000cR and 21,000cR jackpots [Edited on 06.11.2011 9:57 AM PDT]

Its actually quite sad that Bungie let halo go, i saw that halo 4 was coming out and was like omg, then saw it was from 343 not bungie so now I'm probably not even gonna get it cuz I really don't think anyone cept bungie can make halo what it is. You guys really should have kept halo, it was probably the best game series you ever made and now....well your new game you make has to live up to a standard that quite frankly i don't think can be met :( I have faith you guys will give it your all during this time of darkness but the final result just may not be up to par with halo. A wise person once said "if it works, stick with it"

At least a few things won't change: We universe guys will still complain and argue over canon, and marty's monks will still be rocking the Halo theme no matter where it goes... So at least he is still with the series.

First we lose the podcasts, now we lose the updates? For a studio that loves to talk about how much they love their fans.... ehhhh, nevermind. Have fun making whatever it is you're making. Keeping us all in the dark, and cutting off communications with us, is an unusual strategy for keeping us all interested. EDIT: sorry for the 'tude. It's just that visiting Bungie.net is so depressing these days. Urk - your writings are a vague translation of my feelings towards the last two games. I'm not saying they were bad, or I didn't like them (ok, so I didn't like Reach)... I'm just saying they didn't feel like Bungie's Halo. Bungie's heart and soul were felt with the first three; I never got that feeling after Halo 3, sadly.

Bungie... You guys should take out Jet packs out of Arena. Jet packs ruin Arena and people use them to get out of the map which is stupid even though there's a 10Second countdown. Most players were hoping jet packs would be taken out of Arena on your last update but it wasn't. I hope you guys at least consider taking it out of Arena so people with true skill can actually have fun and not be stressed out by players getting outside of the map shooting you from above.

When Bungie split to become an LLC (Limited Liability Corp.), I believe that Microsoft still retains publishing rights to their games as part of the agreement in 2007, including all properties. It's agreement with "Activision Blizzard" in 2010 is for MULTIPLE platforms. Bungie also retains most/all trademarks and intellectual propertie(s) (IP) pertaining to its new IP. It's a good thing you aren't a journalist.
