That was one of the most sincere updates from you in a while. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm really looking forward to the days working our way up to Bungie Day, and I'll be anxiously awaiting your return after. I'm expecting great things from Bungie for the future, and I know I'll always be able to. Have a great weekend everyone.

I sure hope the Halo series is in good hands. I cannot wait for Bungie's next project. I would pre-order it today if i could, I don't care what kind of game it is, but I know its going to be awesome. Dear Bungie (and especially you...urk), I have been a Halo fan since its glorious creation 10 years ago, and since have become even more of a Bungie fan. I cannot thank you enough for the past 10 years of (put plainly) sheer freaking awesome. I have also been coming here to this site almost daily for years now, and I feel as if I have grown with it. It hurts somewhere deep inside of me thinking about the break (of sorts) we will be taking. I trust that the next game will be worth the wait... (which SUCKS BIG ONES to have sooo many SLEEPS with nothing to keep me going lolz!!) Anyways...you guys are the freaking best and it is truly humorous to see all of the other game developers just now catching up to the greatness you started (whether it be file sharing or social gaming you guys STILL have THE best). Last but not least, the man with the words - Urk. After reading nearly every weekly update or anything of the like, I can say that I hate that I have never commented on any of your posts about how much you kick FREAKING -blam!-! I am REALLY gonna hate this dark time, and it is mostly because of your awesome words I've been spoiled with every week. The only way I can describe you is something like Intelligently and humoristically Bungified (yes i made those words up). Never change man...again you are BLAM*ING delightful It hurts a little less now...after I have finally spoken. Bungie...it is official, I think I may love you guys. Keep up all the awesome you do every day and remember your fans are always here... <3 Joe

You guys are incredible. I have been a fan since before Halo and it saddens me to hear you guys aren't creating the next one. I remember playing Myth on my Grandpa's computer way back in the day and playing it over and over again. I had no idea Bungie was connected to Myth until I really started following the Halo series when it made the jump to xbox live. Halo:CE created many of my greatest memories with my friends pigging out on junk food and gaming up with our xbox LAN parties. The rest of the franchise has done the same, but I still treasure those late nights gaming with my best buds. Thank you so much Bungie, and I await your next great title.

As someone who has been coming to this website for 5+ years, a loyal halo fan, and someone who was with all of you from the beginning, I will miss it. The Weekly Updates are not going to be a part of my friday nights for a while (aside from FNM), seeing other than Halo on the front page is going to be an entirely different experience. It may not mean much to most of Bungie.net, but for the loyal fans who has been with you throughout the years, It means a lot. Good luck with the new universe, hopefully you will always be able to call the Halo Universe your own, just as I will be able to. PS: I cried a little that update.
