Credit Reset Disputes - 5/24/2011
Good afternoon,
We have executed a round of Credit Resets for accounts which have habitually exhibited idling or "AFK" behavior while playing in Firefight Matchmaking. If you believe your ban was a false positive, you can post a request for investigation.
[b]Only request an investigation if you are absolutely sure that your ban was a false positive, if we take the time to investigate your account and find that you do have idling or "AFK" behavior, we will place an extended Credit Ban on your account.[/b]
Do not use this thread for any other discussion. If you are not requesting an investigation of your Credit Reset from 5/24/2011, do not post in this thread.

I would greatly appreciate having my account looked into. I was ALMOST to eclipse and had 84% commondations. Pretty hard to be an afker with that. I believe i averaged almost 70 kills a game in firefight. There was a few were yes I didn't have many playing but I had a child playing a few games. I understand resetting people who are just plain abusing the system, but if you look at my last 2 months of playing at least you won't see any afking. This just turns quite a few people away from halo in general. I can't see spending the time I did to almost get eclipse then have it erased just like that. So please look into my account. If you want to bann people for a few days thats fine, but I haven't ever boosted, cheated, or even been banned in my life! All this time playing for nothing. Well hopefully you can see that my kills in matchmaking and firefight were acceptable. Can't ever see playing halo again or buying another game if this is what happens. I do appreciate bungie taking steps to deture akers, but for gamers like myself who shouldn't have got reset, then I don't know what to think. Thank you. I posted a couple stray threads accidently. Sorry. I'd like my account investigated please. I haven't been on for about a week now. I got on today and obliterated in some objective, took a break, and came back to the game saying I've been credit banned and reset. The last time I played firefight has to have been like months ago... and I wasn't idling. I went back and looked at some of the histories... I was definately playing in the few FF games I've played here and there, even though it's always my gf playing when its FF for me, because she likes killing aliens more than real people, because she can't kill real people at all. lol.. :/ Please investigate. I truly don't even mess around with firefight that often if you look at my playing. I'm pretty much always in matchmaking objective and I'm always striving in it to do the best in the game with the highest k/d etc... I haven't been idling. >.< I'm literally the definition of what people are talking about when they refer to tryhards online.. Thanks for your consideration..
