Future for the Human/Sangheili Alliance, Mixed species colonies?
I often thought that humanity would take back what was once theres and that the elites would take colonies from the covenant but what if there was a mixed species colony a combination of both technologies and people, how would you think would it work?

It was probably just temporary; teaming up to wipe out a super evil force, kind of like when the villain and the hero team up to save the world on some occasions.

Ive played The Maw 100+ times on Legendary (to see the funny ending of johnson and Elite "Hold me") Mastered Double Whack, Pocket Reload, and silent Reload, and used the timer --you prolly dont even know what any of that is-- and competed at local tournaments. In fact, one of my favorite campaign heading is "I would have been your daddy" makes me laugh every time and no, thats not from halo 3 ;) Dont mistake me for the noobies who started after H1, such as urself. OH SNAP! UP TOP! =D

elites probably helped the UNSC rebuild everything they lost during the war, but other than that, no.

You are all forgetting the Grunts, Hunters, and some Jackal joined the Arbiter in his campaign against the Heirarchs. I wouldn't doubt some Drone hives probably rebelled as well. Doesn't matter, they're different species, it most likely wouldn't work out, unless we look at it like we would Mass Effect, and after about 50 years, yeah sure, it could work.

This is after the war ended of course. I think it would be a case of leave us alone and we'll do the same for you. Politically stable, but socially separated. Maybe the odd joint-op against Brute held worlds.

That would not work out. Tensions would be high for a long, long, time. At best: The two would work together to achieve goals. At worst: Another war.

Elite weapons= more accurate Human weapons= more powerful. If they traded technologies they could develop weapons that were both accurate AND powerful.

Makes yo wonder where the story ends with Elites and Brutes? I think the only thing that elites hate more than the prophets misleading them, is the brutes. Maybe the humans will have to ally with the Elites. Possibly, the covenant may have its new Tarterus to organize it and the Grunt, Jackals, Flying bug things they introduced to piss you off, And Hunters will join the Brutes. hmmm... Maybe theres a new species more powerful than the covies lurking around the corner ^_- ... Humans join forces with covies to battle this new species.

Possibly, Elites honored Humans as worthy foes, so I'm sure co-existing is indeed possible.
