Mine is currently at warning. My connection is normally good despite the bad upstream bandwidth, but the last two days I have had nothing bit spurts of lag where my teammates and enemies teleport every two seconds.

ive given up hope... every game is filled with crappy connections until the very end when they all magically go green. none of this computes.

dude. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1191393166.png not to mention that this is a wireless test while the 360 is wired which tests closer to 40/5.5 im the only user on my connection and i dont bother with torrents or any other fumbuckery that might cause my connection to slow. It's your upload speed. Generally, most internet providers give you around 0.30 Mbps Upload Speed, this is pretty average, don't worry about your upstream bandwidth, you only ever use it when uploading something to your file share. It doesn't affect Multiplayer.

I have something you can try. It works for me but I don't know why. Go to configure wireless connection in your console settings. Change the IP settings to "manual", don't bother changing anything else. Test connection and it shouldn't work. Change the IP settings back to automatic and test connection, it should work. If your Xbox/internet is anything like mine this should work. Also, the only real way to improve your internet's upstream bandwidth is to pay for a better package. Hopefully you won't need to do that.

Pay more money?

Cut the cable with wire cutters.

try reseting your router
