Reach's voice acting, Male 6 vs. Female 6.
Hello again guys! If you guys didn't read my other thread (Noble Team in Matchmaking), I said that I've been playing the Campaign a lot recently! So, naturally, I hear Noble 6 talk a lot!
And I just got to wondering, doesn't the Male voice actor for Noble 6 sound a LOT more convincing than the Female voice actress? Not being sexist, just saying that when I hear Female 6 talk, I can't help but laugh sometimes...And when I hear the voice for Male 6, it just sounds a lot more believable...
What do you guys think? Could the female voice actress have done better?

Male 6 sounds so much better. Female 6 sounds like Female Shepard from Mass Effect 2. A boring voice.

It's the femenine voice contradicting with the lines of male six, it's trying to make a chick sound badass, it just doesn't happen in the real world.

All the characters voices were lifeless and dull. The only awesome one was Keyes. Halsey just seems to get annoyed and rages about illogical things. Some of the dialogue choices were... weird. They were just jarring. I couldn't get involved. 'Bury this and you bury humanities best chances for survival!!! RAGE!!' 'Um. I was meaning that this cavern is collapsing on your ass, not that I am going to come and literally bury-' 'INSOLENCE DIEEEE' -.- I am too tried for this joke. Neither VA stood out for me, and neither sounded particularly bad either. It's not like Noble 6 is exactly the chatty type. This is a discussion better applied to a game like Mass Effect (where the female VA absolutely thrashes her male counterpart).

I think Female sounds better in during 'Noble Actual' and her in-game Firefight voice is better. In in pretty much every other cutscene, the Male voice is much better.
