Cool update. Really loving the new maps from what I was able to play on them. Especially Anchor 9, I like it the best. Maybe soon I can download the latest Podcast and listen to it.

*Sigh* No patch info again. Guess I'll check back next week.. By the way, Tempest is Reach's best map. Well, it would be if you took off dynamic spawns. Maybe next week you can give us some info about actual fixes or something? Edit: Also, who should we trust? You or Ferrex? You said no boosting was allowed, while Ferrex said Full-party boosting was fine. Feel free to not answer, as I don't boost, but just throwing that out there that you guys sort of contradicted yourselves a little. [Edited on 12.03.2010 5:20 PM PST]

I like how Bungie is trying to push away even more players as if the player count didnt speak for itself already. Most of the boosters you are going to chase down now are also some of the most dedicated fans they have. They might do a bit of boosting but they're probably also actually playing the game more the casual gamer. The problem here isnt the players, the problem is that there's not much incentive without ranked playlists so people treat it like a RPG instead. Modifying content is unacceptable but to full party boost has up until now been ok, employees have even posted that it is since it's not affecting third person, but now you want them gone. I wouldnt be surprised if they got banned on behalf of old actions, that would really take the cake. [Edited on 12.03.2010 4:58 PM PST]

Bungie, though I know its there, I have yet to see by what you mean when you say that all of the maps have been put into rotation, as I sat through an hour and a half of straight Invasion last night and didn't see Breakpoint at all. Oh, and one other thing. If you guys are going to have a gametype specific achievement, it may help that the gametype currently is in matchmaking and isn't going to go anywhere anytime soon, so that when the game finally does roll out, its not just one stab-happy killfest instead of the actual game, which is actually fun when people play it the way they're supposed to. Just sayin'. And I am pissed that nobody even bothered to look at my idea. If its Halo, then it needs the Flood in some way. I'm a little confused. What [i]exactly[/i] does Bungie consider boosting? Because if the Oni Sword Base trick and playing a LOT of Gruntpocalypse are considered boosting, then I'm screwed.

I too give my thanks for finally banning idlers, they were ruining co-op matchmaking.

Great Weekly Update and a fantastic header screenshot - props to whomever did that one! Also, thank you for doing something about those idlers... although I will miss slowly pushing them into the line of fire and standing on their heads during firefight. Alas, the days of the Spartan Totem Pole will forever vanish into the sands of history. Also also, thank you for the inclusion of "Praise the LOL" ( www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/FileDetails.aspx?fid=7367557&player=Sepsis%20II ) in the update... I nearly fell victim to an act of involuntary self-laxation once again. Also also also, the Noble Map Pack is pretty darn great. I love the look of Tempest and there really ought to be more maps with trees in the future... it just isn't Halo without the vast, rolling vistas of alien worlds.

Oh well, I missed it. I'm not getting it unless it's free anyways. I've bought every map pack for Halo 3 when they came out, but I'm fairly disappointed with Reach. Mainly in the aspects of Leveling and Armor unlocking.There's no real achievement armor now, and that was alot of the fun in Halo 3. Now you have to level to insane heights, spending countless hours playing matchmaking to get anywhere. I'm not a booster, nor will I be, but I find it stupid that I have to be a certain rank to get the armor I want, and there's no alternative way to unlock it. You know what level I was in Halo 3 after 3 years of playing it? Lieutenant Grade 1. All I wanted out of matchmaking was the armor. I wanted to customize my spartan. Now I'm forced to play matchmaking or constantly relive the same moments in Campaign to get cR. I just think that's ridiculous. On a unrelated note: Will we be able to access the forums off this new app?
