Cherished Constellation Triumph stuck at 16/18 - unable to place final Ghosts
I am attempting to complete the Cherished Constellation triumph from the Renegades expansion, which requires finding all 18 Ghosts across the Frontiers missions and placing them in the Ghost Theatre on Tharsis.
I have collected all 18 Ghosts, but my triumph progress is permanently stuck at 16/18. I believe I may have attempted to place multiple Ghosts too quickly, causing the game to incorrectly register them as placed even though they never actually appeared in the Theatre.
There is still an objective marker pointing to the Ghost Theatre, but no hold X prompt appears at the remaining locations. This seems like a progression or placement-state bug rather than missing collectibles.

2 RepliesHello there, Thank you for reaching out and for the video. We understand that despite seemingly collecting all 18 Renegades ghosts, that the triumph believes you have only acquired 16. This does seem strange to us. If you haven't yet done so, then we would recommend checking all possible Ghost locations again. In addition, if you seem to actually be missing a ghost from a particular spot, please try reloading the area a few times as this may prompt it to appear. If, however, you believe you've found them all, then please record a video which demonstrates this. One of you visiting each location, demonstrating the ghost is collected, would be ideal. You can upload the footage to a public video-hosting site, like YouTube, and we’ll investigate this further.
