In the Contested Territory Smuggling mission I just ran, the exfil ship didn't open its bay door for me to jump into. I watched my teammate jump into the space where the ramp should've been, and enter the vehicle successfully, but it wouldn't let me do the same. I eventually just jumped on top of the ship and waited until it left. First and only time (so far) that's happened to me. On a related note, the Priority Contracts still seem to be bugged. I've now completed 6 or 7 missions which fit the criteria ("Complete and exfil from a Contested Job in Totality Division or Tharsis Reformation territory") but the job never registers as complete. Which of course means I can't advance the quest line.
