Completed activity but no reward
I just completed two of the three praxic blade catalysts but I died right at the end and wasn't teleported to the reward room. The flamethrower cabal blew me up and it was the last enemy. Any way I cam get the 2 catalyst or do I just have to run it again?

While we are unable to manually issue rewards, we've received reports of issues with players not being teleported if they die close to the end of the fight.
