Rattling along fine, two encounters down, 8 minutes left, the third encounter did not spawn. Timer expired, Spider said get out of there, and the extraction encounter did not spawn. We were left picking our noses. Blueberry left. Darkness Descended. We were left with 8 revives. We eventually went to orbit since there seemed to be no other way out.
