I have all of the other preorder bonuses, the ghost shell, the ship, both emblems, I even have New Land Beyond but the game never gave me the catalyst and whenever I visit the Monument to Lost Light, it shows that I own it, but don't own it? When I click on the New Land Beyond there it brings up the purchase page.
