“The territory war begins” quest somehow disappeared from my quest tab. Actually, everything has disappeared from my quest tab. Even things that I could not get rid of previously like dreaming city tokens, “a guardian rises,” the Monte Carlo quest from Ikora, etc. have all disappeared for my quest tab. How do I get the territory? War begins quest back? I checked the kiosk at the tower, but it is not there.
