If you haven't already done so, we would recommend checking a few guides online for how to locate these collectibles. If you then believe you're facing a bug, please use your platform's share feature to record yourself going to the location of each collectible, demonstrating it's been collected. If you record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. We'll then investigate.
