Overload Trace Rifle Perk not working with Microcosm
When using Microcosm with the Overload trace rifle artifact perk equipped, overload champions are not being stunned
To reproduce:
1. Equip Microcosm
2. Equip Overload Trace Rife perk
3. Shoot at Overload enemy
