keyboard not working ps5 game chat
anyone know how to get this to work? reddit and Google just say to plug in USB keyboard and hit enter to type in game chat. [u]that does not work[/u] for me, my ps5 recognizes my keyboard but it will not work at all when I try to type or open game chat. is there a work around for this? or do i need to get a different keyboard?

2 RepliesHello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are unable to chat using your keyboard in Destiny 2. This does sound strange to us, since as far as we understand, you should be able to use a keyboard to chat. So we can more effectively look into this, could you let us know the model of keyboard you're trying to use with the game? In addition to the keyboard model, could you please record a short video which demonstrates your PS5 recognizing the keyboard, but then Destiny 2 not registering your inputs? Once you have a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and we'll view it.
