Eddy Current and Spirit of Armamentarium not working

Eddy Current doesnt work when I get Amplified. Its supposed to give you an increase in the perks benefits but instead shuts if off completely.
Spirit of Armamentarium lets you carry 2 grenades, however in PvP when you die it removes the extra nade. This obviously is not intended since Spirit of Coyote doesnt have this issue.
