Read the Community Research about Outbreak Perfected on Light dot gg and the same for Rewind Rounds and so compare them. Notes: 1) nanites are generated more easily with rapid and precision hits (The Corruption Spreads: this weapon creates SIVA nanite swarms on rapid hits and precision kills); 2) Outbreak Perfected already has Rewind Rounds as an intrinsic trait, so using Rewind Rounds trait may be less effective. Therefore, the Rapid Hit trait is better, in my opinion. Observation: when Aztecross performed Outbreak Perfected damage test using the Rapid Hit trait, he did not fire precision shots so the damage was lower. Later he showed the damage with precision hits but using the Rewind Rounds trait.
