Outbreak Perfected Catalyst bugged and requires payment
I did both switch quests on Zero Hour legend for rewind and rapid. Afterwards we beat it on Legend and opened the chest for catalyst. That completed both perk quests and made them an option during crafting. You can see in the photo that I now have rewind rounds but the catalyst is locked still.
But beating it on Legend did not give me the catalyst. I get a message stating purchase required to unlock catalyst.
I am not sure what the problem is and why I did not get the catalyst for beating it on Legendary. Also, why does it say requires purchase and what do I have to buy? Or is it just a bug. [url]https://imgur.com/a/YExz11V[/url]

Hey there, After thorough investigation, it appears that the "Requires purchase" text might be a visual issue. In reality, you simply need to obtain the catalyst in order to craft it into the Outbreak. Please try completing Zero Hour on Legend again and be sure to open the chest at the end. If you haven’t received the catalyst yet, please share screenshots or a video link highlighting the issue, and we’ll investigate.

Your PGCR for the last run was 34 mins which may be the reason why the catalyst didn't drop since the time limit is supposed to be 20. Bungie mentioned in another thread that looks like its a text bug and its meant to say you need to obtain the catalyst. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/263936997
