One would think fixing this issue of not being able to reset your Hall of Champions rank would be any easy thing to do. Bungie, your lack of resolve on correcting errors in the game is mind boggling. Not to mention the rampant cheating in PvP with no consequences doled out. Now I will commend you for giving out a free DLC but I would appreciate it more if certain aspects like Shaxx rank reset were not Broken.
