Right, so I am stumped here. I have the bow pattern unlocked and I have all of the catalysts unlocked; yet the bonus chests, which I had opened quite a few times by now, simply do not drop any of the intrinsic upgrades. What am I missing? The process is supposed to be to do the Star Crossed mission to get the bow pattern, then do the legendary mission to unlock the catalysts via the constellation patterns and then open the bonus chests to get the intrinsic upgrades. I did all of this and my intrinsic upgrades are still locked.
