Deepsight resonance bug

Went for the 5/5 Apex Predators for the season so I can craft it and my friend was convincing me I can dismantle it and the deepsight will count even showing proof of himself doing it. Unfortunately it didn't and now I'm stuck 3/5. Anyone familiar with this bug?
