Whisper on Nessus??
So this doesn't really impact anything other than my ocd but every time I launch the whisper mission, the planet it shows is NESSUS... as far as I'm concerned unless I'm forgetting everything, this mission is entirely on io 🤣

Most likely a placeholder, most Titan activities have us go to Earth such as Deep Dives and Ghosts of the Deep for example. I miss Io but it seems they have no interest in bringing it back, at least I can now keep playing the Whisper mission when I want to visit.
