Cayde-6 embelm not working
I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but when I got my cayde-6 funko pop it came with a code. I redeemed that code and patiently waited until April 9th when into the light released, which was when the code I redeemed would apply my reward to my account. I checked my flair collections when I got on Destiny 2 AFTER April 9th and my Cayde 6 embelm was nowhere to be found. I really want my embelm and I have tried contacting customer service but haven't received any response. Please help!

3 RepliesEdited by EckyThump: 4/17/2024 11:24:22 PMHey there, could you go to the following page and look for a 'redeem' button in the place where the dates normally appear? https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/History If codes get distributed before the emblem is even in the game, you need to use that page to actually add it to collections after it goes live in an update.
