HELP cant play destiny 2 due to no communications
I am posting this on an account I just made because I can not post on my main account because it is bugged. My main problem is that the options for BOTH text chat AND voice communications us default off. I saw this as a.known issue weeks ago so I waited till the bug update, still bugged. I did some digging and apparently it's an age thing. I submitted the form to change my information with a picture of my driver's license but it's been almost 24 hours and still nothing. On my main if I try to go to email and sms verification it says I don't meet the requirements or something.
I just want communication back. I play dungeons and raids all the time, if I can't hear or talk to people I literally can't play the game

Hi there. Since you have submitted to the form already, the only thing you can do now is wait for a response. Bungie staff work during normal weekday business hours and they may be going through many other requests before getting to yours. It may take a few days or a week.
