Lost Brave Engram

I'm at max level with Shaxx at the Hall of Champions and just completed and turned in the weekly bounty Illustrious Crucible but did not receive the brave engram as a reward. Is this a glitch. Did I some how mess up?

There is a cap of 99 engrams for all vendors. Anything past that is lost. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048717732-Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy
