Cross save not working wants me to create new characters
Tried to cancel cross save wouldn’t let me re downloaded content through my epic account on new pc and wants me to create new characters reached out to epic they said to contact you

2 RepliesCan you please share a screenshot of what you see in-game on the character select screen? You have several deleted characters on your currently-linked Epic account, but the last character can't be deleted, so there will always be one character left, so it's not normal that you'd have to create a new character entirely, so just wanting to make sure you're using the same EG ID as the one linked to your Bungie.net profile.
