Yeah the perk on old Luna and NF got retroactively reworked just like Mountaintop. You can use the old versions to experience the perk and I was thoroughly unimpressed with the new Magnificent Howl, I'd say it's not magnificent at all. I still have the old recluse too and swapping from old to new feels like a night and day of difference. The new Recluse has garbage recoil
